2. Conditions for Exchange

● The product must be unused and in the same condition as received, including original packaging.

● Items showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse cannot be exchanged.

3. Process

1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

2. Share your order details and photos of the defect.

3. Once verified, we will guide you through the exchange process.

4. We will replace the product with the same model and size, subject to availability.

4. Shipping Costs

● Return shipping for exchanges due to defects or manufacturing issues will be covered by Marché Shoes. 

● Exchanges for other reasons are not accepted.

5. Refunds

● Please note: We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are the only option for defective or damaged products.
